[Food Factory New Construction Project Case Study] Bakery Factory (Convenience Store)

A case where an expansion for a manufacturing line was carried out immediately after new construction! Key points of architectural design will be introduced!

We would like to introduce a case study of a new construction project for a food factory. This building is a bread manufacturing factory. Immediately after the completion of the new construction, an expansion was carried out for the production line of roll bread. Since the manufacturing process is mechanized and organized into a line, the flow plan was developed around the manufacturing machinery. Factory and Warehouse Construction Schedule

It is recommended to allow ample time when making a request to ensure it is completed by the desired deadline.

We would like to introduce the construction schedule and required duration until the completion handover of the factory and warehouse. The average duration is approximately 14 to 30 months. After your inquiry, we will conduct a hearing for the plan and confirm the site. In the second month, we will carry out the building scale and plan, as well as the design contract. Following that, we will go through the basic plan, estimates, ground surveys, detailed design, and construction management, leading to the completion handover after the 14th month.
