We will hold a seminar titled "Environmental Harmony Architecture Aimed for by Sato General Planning (AXS)." Sato General Planning (AXS) is committed to creating environmentally harmonious architecture (urban spaces) that contributes to society, with primary goals of moving towards carbon neutrality, enhancing wellness, and ensuring the continuity (circulation) of functions throughout the building's lifecycle. Factory and Warehouse Construction Schedule

It is recommended to allow ample time when making a request to ensure it is completed by the desired deadline.

We would like to introduce the construction schedule and required duration until the completion handover of the factory and warehouse. The average duration is approximately 14 to 30 months. After your inquiry, we will conduct a hearing for the plan and confirm the site. In the second month, we will carry out the building scale and plan, as well as the design contract. Following that, we will go through the basic plan, estimates, ground surveys, detailed design, and construction management, leading to the completion handover after the 14th month.
